We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
Please read these “Terms of Service” and “Terms and Conditions” carefully before accessing or using our website. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service by accessing or using any part of the site. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these policies by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

The personal information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential and will be governed by our privacy policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account created on our Platform. You agree to accept responsibility for all actions that occur under your user id and password. You agree and acknowledge that you will use your
account on the Platform to purchase products and/or avail service(s) only for your personal use and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse you access to the Platform, terminate your accounts, or
remove or edit content at any time without notice to you. Any unauthorized access or attempts to access must be duly notified to support@spincycles.in
You undertake not to adopt or use or cause any other person to adopt or use any name, corporate name, trading name, trademark, design, copyright, the title of establishment, logo, symbol, or other commercial designation, of SPIN CYCLES LAUNDRY SOLUTIONS (whether or not registered or to be registered in the name of the SPIN CYCLES LAUNDRY SOLUTIONS or any of its associated companies) for any purpose whatsoever. The ownership of SPIN CYCLES LAUNDRY SOLUTIONS in its trademark, copyright, logo, symbol, design, images or any other intellectual property rights shall remain as is and shall not be violated or claimed as owned by you or any other party under any circumstances. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if it observes any violation of our intellectual property rights.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the product and service on the Platform. However, we do not warrant that the product/service description, information, or other content of the Platform is accurate,
complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The Platform may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted) without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may also relate to the pricing and availability of the product or services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of The Platform. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved and retained by us and our affiliates.
We reserve the right, at any time, without notice, and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site and to block and prevent your future access to the Platform.
The Terms of Conditions and Use and all other Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable legal laws of India. For proceedings arising therein, the Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Such
arbitration and proceedings will be conducted in the English and/or Kannada languages only.
a. The Customer must provide complete and genuine details about his/her name, residential address, contact number, and e-mail ID when booking the pick-up and/or creating the order for availing laundry, dry-cleaning, and other services provided by SPIN CYCLES.
b. SPIN CYCLES will strive to provide the best quality service on the items entrusted to us. All the dry cleaning & laundry services provided by us are based on our standard and tested best practices best suited to the items.
c. Spin Cycles will put all efforts and strive to deliver the customer articles on time. SPIN CYCLES will also strive to complete the pickups and deliveries within the agreed timelines or as per the timelines mentioned in the Invoice. If due to any unforeseen circumstance, we are unable to do so, the customer is not entitled to any compensation or reduction in the charges.
d. SPIN CYCLES is not responsible for loss of or damage to any valuable or personal or non-cleanable items left in the garment(s)/ item(s) such as money, jewellery, USBs, Keys, or anything else. The customer agrees to check the garments thoroughly before handing them over to us.
e. In spite of the simple professional control carried out at the time of the reception of the articles, we cannot be held responsible for the damage due to non-identifiable properties or not detectable defects such as insufficient resistance of fabrics or the seams, the bad reaction of the colours or the impressions, former defects, deterioration of the buttons, loops, zippers, shoulder pads, ornaments, etc., or if the label of maintenance is incorrect. A responsibility for contracting or modification of the colors remaining in the usual tolerances is excluded.
f. SPIN CYCLES will not be held responsible for damage to any ornamental and jewellery fittings, sequins, beads, buckles, buttons, hooks, zips, laces, shoulder pads, etc in the article. SPIN CYCLES will also not be held responsible for the loss of any ornaments/ jewellery fittings on the article.
g. SPIN CYCLES shall not be responsible for damages whatsoever caused due to oldness/poor quality of garment(s)/item(s)and natural wear and tear that are unable to sustain the cleaning process.
h. All taxes and levies will be applied and are applicable as per Indian Law.
i. All payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
j. SPIN CYCLES cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, and similar materials.
k. Whilst we take care to ensure that the stain is removed without damaging the article, we do not guarantee the complete removal of stains. We understand that the article will be dear to the customer and if we are unsure of treating the stain without damaging the article, we will return it in its original conditions. Processing charges still apply.
l. The customer has to collect their articles within 7 days of the collection date (due date) mentioned in the invoice after which Spin Cycles will not be held responsible for the customer’s articles. Returning the articles after this date, if possible, will entail an additional charge.
m. Pickup & Delivery Charges are applicable on every order.
n. Pickup & Delivery services will be subject to the availability of staff.
o. Two Days Express Orders will be charged at 1.5 times the Normal Pricing and Next Day Express Orders will be charged at 2 times the Normal Pricing.
p. Two Days Express Orders will be done in two working days and Next Day Express Orders will be done on the next working day.
q. The customer shall examine and count the garment(s)/ item(s) for damage or wrong delivery at the time of delivery and raise a claim about the same immediately at the time of accepting the garments on delivery. SPIN CYCLES shall not be responsible for any claims after the garment(s)/ item(s) delivery has been accepted by the Customer.
r. Additional cost will be applicable and charged if SPIN CYCLES employees and/or staff are asked to remove the curtains and/or put the curtains back at the customer's place.
s. The Customer agrees to remove all curtain rings, eyelets, and hooks at the time of handing over the curtains for cleaning. SPIN CYCLES will not be held responsible for the loss and damage of curtain rings, eyelets, or hooks.
t. Almost all curtains undergo some form and percentage of shrinkage based on the fabric and environmental factors such as light and dust, especially for first-time wash/dry clean. Therefore, SPIN CYCLES will not take any responsibility for curtain shrinkages. However, SPIN CYCLES can get the re-stitching done with the choice of your curtain dealer. Any cost arising due to this will be borne by the customer.
u. Certain repair services, and shoe, and carpet cleaning take time and cannot be processed under Express Services. Such articles will be processed under Normal Delivery Timelines.
v. Even if the Customer has not received the bill/invoice via SMS or Email, the same shall be made available to the customer at The Platform on successful Login of the customer to their account.
w. Any corrections/revisions to the bill/invoice must be done within 2 hours of the creation of the bill/invoice. Any requests done afterward will not be entertained.
x. Following pickup or handover at SPIN CYCLES stores, if there is a mismatch in the count of the articles in the bill/invoice generated, the same should be reported to support@spincycles.in within 2 hours of the creation of the
bill/invoice. SPIN CYCLES shall not be responsible for any claims of incorrect items count after 2 hours of the creation of the bill/invoice.
y. If pickup and delivery orders are to be returned without processing, a charge of Rs 100 is applicable to deliver the garments. Else, the clothes can be collected from the nearest store without any extra charge, with 24 hours' notice. The 24 hours is to ensure that the clothes are dispatched to the nearest SPIN CYCLES store.
z. SPIN CYCLES will not be held responsible/liable for any loss(s) or damage(s) of/to garment(s)/ item(s) due to the occurrence of force majeure events such as fire, flood, storm, natural calamities, earthquake, enemies, war, riot, civil commotion or any other irresponsible force, an act of God which are beyond the control of SPIN CYCLES and is not liable for any compensation or reduction in charges.
aa. It is not possible to refund the money once added to your SPIN CYCLES wallet. It is, however, possible to transfer the money from one SPIN CYCLES wallet account to another account
bb. The customer must notify SPIN CYCLES via email to support@spincycles.in within 24 hours of receipt of delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes a waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.
cc. If the claim notification is made within 24 hours and if the management accepts the claim, a maximum of 20% of the actual value of the article or 10 times the processing charge whichever is lowest will be paid as compensation within 2 weeks. The garment for which the compensation is made will be retained by the company.
dd. In the event, the garment(s)/item(s) is wrongly booked (eg: cotton instead of silk, quilt double instead of quilt single) the same shall be intimated to SPIN CYCLES within 12 hours of the creation of the bill/invoice and a credit note will be issued after investigation. Any requests done afterward will not be entertained. Any offers/coupons provided by SPIN CYCLES can be redeemed/claimed within the validity period and only upon the customer’s request at the time of booking the pick-up/creating the order. In addition to these terms and conditions mentioned herein, the terms and conditions provided in such offers/coupons shall also apply and it shall be deemed that the Customer has read and understood it before availing of offers/coupons.
ff. SPIN CYCLES reserves the right to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions herein above at any point in time as deemed fit and without any prior intimation to the Customer.

hh. By availing of service(s), the customer agrees that he/she/they has/have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
